I like 3D paper things, and multiples of things, and Romantic days celebration.
The other night I made these paper hearts while watching TV. You might stick them over a wall or door temporarily, or glue the crooks to a board permanently to generate a 3D wall poster. They'd be cool to connect to presents, too. Surprise somebody by having an explosion of hearts!

These are typically created from traditional heart shapes which has a slit cut partway across the center. Decrease your own hearts freehand, or print and remove the shapes on the template I made, which were faster and uses fewer brain cells.
To manufacture a flat heart into something 3d images, roll the interior edges of the two arcs toward a corner with the fingers to have the shape started.
Then add activity a little bit of glue or double-stick tape along one edge. Pinch both the edges of the heart together with the back, forcing the guts to naturally pop-up.

Once the edges are glued together, the very center looks 3D.
I often tried waste double-stick tape to secure mine-speedy method-abut a few of the hearts popped apart inside of a couple days along to generally be re-stuck. Glue holds better, I found.

Once you get used to it, you may bend that paper for a will and make dozens.
Then stick a flock of hearts to the wall with looped tape or poster putty placed in the bottoom point within the back side of every shape.
Wish you have a sweet Valentine's Day.
